best practices with the Carrier Sales organization.\nWhat We're Looking For\nPrevious experience in Carrier Sales or Freight Brokerage.\nDemonstrated success managing a high-volume book of business.\nStrong negotiation and relationship-building skills.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience navigating transportation market trends and capacity challenges.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSuccessful candidates will have demonstrated:\nConsistent achievement of performance goals and activity
