develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services.\n\nTranslate business requirements and product features into well-designed technical solutions across frontend and backend systems.\n\nTake ownership of projects from discovery and architecture through deployment and ongoing support.\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.\n\nDevelop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and modern web applications.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to established development standards and best practices.\n\nParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.\n\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.\n\nPerform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team effectiveness.\n\nMentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to development processes, tooling, testing, and deployment practices.\n\nStay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation within the engineering team.\n\nSupport Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.\n\n5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack application development.\n\n5+ years of experience building modern frontend applications using React and/or Angular.\n\n5+ years of experience with JavaScript development.\n\n5+ years of experience with TypeScript.\n\n5+ years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET technologies.\n\nStrong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.\n\nExperience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.\n\nDeep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture.\n\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.\n\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred\n5+ years of experience developing backend services with Node.js.\n\n3+ years of experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Heroku.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.\n\nExperience building scalable, high-availability enterprise
