time.\nResponsibilities\nAssess current-state business processes and supporting systems, including ERP and system-to-system integrations\nPerform gap and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities\nGather and document integration requirements, including source and target systems, data mappings, transformation rules, triggers, frequency, volumes, and error-handling expectations\nDocument business processes and data flows across ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and connected systems such as TMS, WMS, CRM, and finance applications\nDefine and maintain integration specifications, including API and interface specs, field-level mapping documents, and EDI transaction mapping (e.g., 204, 210, 214, 990, 850, 810)\nPartner with trading partners, carriers, customers, and vendors to onboard, test, and troubleshoot EDI and API connections\nMonitor and triage integration failures, reconcile data discrepancies between systems, and work with technical teams to find root causes\nSupport developers with functional clarification and set expectations with the team and stakeholders\nIdentify, document, and help manage change, and transition delivered solutions to end users\nCreate design artifacts such as functional design specifications, low-fidelity wireframes, use cases, user personas, data dictionaries, process and data flow diagrams, and integration diagrams\nContribute to IT solution strategy, governance, and design, including integration architecture and standards for data quality, master data, and interface documentation\nDocument, socialize, and triage issues, defects, and enhancement requests\nReview enhancement requests, test plans and cases, user guides, capability discovery, and delivery roadmaps\nPlan and run test plans and cases, including end-to-end integration, UAT, and regression testing across connected systems, to protect solution quality\nQualifications\nExperience with one or more of the following:Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, or Copilot)\nCustom application development\nData analytics\nERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite (functional or integration experience)\n\nWorking knowledge of integration concepts and technologies, such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, flat files, SFTP, middleware, and event-based or batch integration patterns\nUnderstanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and EDI processes\nExperience with integration or middleware platforms\nKnowledge of the software development life cycle\nProven track record of managing multiple projects at once and meeting deadlines\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically, identify solutions, and escalate issues appropriately\nAbility to spot risks early and help build mitigation plans\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment\nFamiliarity with SQL or other data querying tools for validating and troubleshooting data\nExperience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, or other project management tools\nExperience with Figma or other prototyping and interface design
