connections.\nDevelop and deliver comprehensive training programs for BDRs, including new hire onboarding and ongoing development.\nEffectively measure and manage BDR performance during 30-60-90-day ramp period and beyond. \nLead meetings and team coaching sessions focused on outreach strategy, workflow process, email execution, call performance and sales goals. \nResponsible for BDR development including call coaching, prospecting strategies, and industry knowledge.\nConduct 1:1 weekly meetings to develop strategies to meet goals and hold BDRs accountable to performance and quota attainment.\nManage and optimize technology platforms by leveraging data and insights to drive content and cadence improvements.\nConduct regular performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and align team objectives with organizational goals.\nTrack, analyze, and report performance metrics and KPIs.\nUse data and trends to coach, communication, and inform individuals on performance\nUtilize BDR technology stack to manage data accuracy, track opportunities, and support targeted prospecting efforts. \nScreen and interview candidates for the BDR role\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred\n2+ years of proven management experience directly managing SDRs/BDRs to results\nExperience with sales enablement tools including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator \nSkilled in outbound prospecting strategy \nMinimum 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to set and manage multiple priorities\nAbility to work in a fast-paced
