a plus.\nRelevant certifications in .NET or Optimizely CMS are a plus.\nSKILLS REQUIRED\nTechnical Proficiency:\n Extensive experience with Optimizely CMS (Episerver) and .NET framework (ASP.NET, C#).\nStrong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.\nExperience with web services and APIs, including RESTful and SOAP.\nGood database design and server-side application skills with Azure, SQL / NoSQL (Cosmos)\nCloud Hosting platform experience - Azure App Services and Application development and Azure DevOps experience is very advantageous\nDevelopment Skills:\n Proficient in developing custom modules, templates, and features within Optimizely CMS.\nExperience with version control systems such as Git.\nKnowledge of modern development practices, including agile methodologies.\nAnalytical and Problem-Solving Skills:\n Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.\nDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.\nCommunication and Collaboration:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience interfacing with clients, understanding client business strategies and how to deliver these within applications you architect.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage project requirements.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelopment and Implementation:\nDesign, develop, and maintain web applications and content management solutions using Optimizely CMS and .NET technologies.\nImplement custom functionality, features, and integrations to meet business requirements.\nWork with designers and stakeholders to translate user requirements into technical solutions.\nSystem Optimization and Performance:\nOptimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient use of resources.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS functionality, site performance, and user experience.\nImplement best practices for coding, security, and data management.\nCMS Management:\nConfigure and customize Optimizely CMS settings, templates, and modules to enhance content management and delivery.\nDevelop and maintain content templates, content types, and data structures within the CMS.\nEnsure content integrity and accuracy by integrating workflows and approval processes.\nCollaboration and Support:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.\nProvide technical support and guidance to content authors and site administrators.\nParticipate in code reviews, contribute to knowledge sharing, and mentor junior developers as needed.\nDocumentation and Reporting:\nMaintain thorough documentation of development processes, code changes, and CMS configurations.\nReport on project progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and project
