supporting operational planning, collection management, resource allocation, and decision-making.\nCreate metrics, KPIs, scorecards, and performance-measurement frameworks that assess operational effectiveness.\nBuild and maintain executive dashboards, data visualizations, recurring reports, and leadership briefings.\nProvide data-driven recommendations for organizing, managing, validating, and cleansing enterprise data.\nSupport quarterly and annual reporting, including compilation of operational data for USD(I) or other directed reports.\nDocument analytical methods, assumptions, data limitations, quality controls, and findings.\nCoordinate with operational stakeholders, data engineers, tool administrators, and leadership to validate analysis and requirements.\nQualifications\nSenior-level experience in data analytics, operations research, performance measurement, intelligence analysis, or a related discipline.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and one or more analytical platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, or statistical software.\nExperience developing metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and performance-measurement frameworks.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and identify meaningful trends, patterns, anomalies, and operational implications.\nStrong understanding of CI/HUMINT operations, collection-management processes, or comparable intelligence mission activities.\nExperience producing analytical reports, executive briefings, and recommendations for diverse technical and leadership audiences.\nExcellent analytical judgment, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting DIA, DoD, or Intelligence Community data and operational reporting requirements.\nKnowledge of data governance, data quality, enterprise data ingestion, or cross-domain information environments.\nClearance and Work Requirements\nActive TS/SCI CI Poly and ability to work on-site at the DIA Government SCIF in Reston, Virginia during COR-established working hours.\nAbility to comply with applicable DIA, DoD, Intelligence Community, cybersecurity, records-management, classification, and information-handling requirements.\nAbility to work effectively in a non-personal services environment in which contractor personnel remain
