collection management, resource optimization, and mission planning.\nImplement machine-learning methods for pattern recognition, anomaly detection, forecasting, and decision support.\nSupport automation of tasking processes based on the optimal alignment of collectors, sources, and mission requirements.\nEstablish feedback mechanisms that refine tasking and operational strategies using real-time data and iterative learning.\nCollaborate with software engineers on AI/ML prototype development, integration, deployment, and sustainment.\nPrepare, cleanse, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.\nConduct model validation, performance assessment, error analysis, documentation, and continuous monitoring.\nBrief technical and mission stakeholders on model performance, limitations, risks, and operational implications.\nApply responsible AI practices consistent with DoD AI Ethical Principles and applicable security and data-governance requirements.\nQualifications\nSenior-level experience in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, or a related technical field.\nProficiency using Python, R, or comparable analytical languages and common data-science or machine-learning frameworks.\nExperience developing, validating, and assessing predictive or machine-learning models using complex datasets.\nUnderstanding of data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, automation, and production integration.\nAbility to explain technical methods, assumptions, performance, and limitations to mission and executive audiences.\nStrong analytical judgment, documentation skills, and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary technical teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with CI/HUMINT, collection management, intelligence requirements, or operational resource optimization.\nExperience building AI/ML capabilities in secure DoD or Intelligence Community environments.\nKnowledge of responsible AI, model governance, explainability, bias assessment, and secure AI development.\nClearance and Work Requirements\nActive TS/SCI CI Polygraph and ability to work on-site at the DIA Government SCIF in Reston, Virginia during COR-established working hours.\nAbility to comply with applicable DIA, DoD, Intelligence Community, cybersecurity, records-management, classification, and information-handling requirements.\nAbility to work effectively in a non-personal services environment in which contractor personnel remain accountable to
