The Program Manager will oversee contract execution, personnel, financial performance, and mission delivery while serving as the primary liaison to Government leadership. The ideal candidate has successfully managed large programs, led multidisciplinary teams, and advised senior officials within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.\nResponsibilities\nLead program execution, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, performance standards, schedules, and budgets.\nOversee a large, multidisciplinary workforce supporting intelligence operations and mission requirements.\nServe as the primary point of contact for Government leadership, contracting representatives, and corporate stakeholders.\nProvide high-ranking officials with program updates, executive briefings, recommendations, and resolution of escalated issues.\nManage staffing, workforce readiness, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance to maintain mission continuity.\nEstablish and monitor milestones, deliverables, performance metrics, and quality standards.\nOversee financial planning, budget execution, cost control, and forecasting.\nIdentify and mitigate program risks, resolve performance issues, and implement corrective actions.\nCoordinate across Government organizations, mission partners, and internal teams to align program delivery with customer priorities.\nEnsure personnel comply with applicable security requirements and procedures for handling classified information.\nQualifications\nMaster’s degree or higher in Program/Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.\nCurrent Project Management Professional (PMP) certification at the time of contract award, maintained throughout the life of the contract.\nMinimum of 12 years of program management experience.\nMinimum of 12 years of experience interacting with high-ranking officials in support of program management activities.\nDemonstrated experience managing large, complex programs, including responsibility for personnel, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and customer relationships.\nCurrent TS/SCI security clearance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing large intelligence support programs within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.\nExperience leading geographically dispersed teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors.\nDemonstrated success managing program transitions, staffing growth, and continuity
