This position is focused on managing deliverables, maintaining schedules, tracking milestones and action items, coordinating stakeholders, and driving projects to completion. Technical expertise is not required; success in this position depends on disciplined execution, attention to detail, accountability, and proactive communication.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverable trackers, and action-item logs.\nMonitor project progress and ensure requirements are completed accurately and on time.\nAssign, track, and follow up on action items through closure.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and document follow-up requirements.\nIdentify schedule risks, dependencies, and execution barriers and elevate them appropriately.\nCoordinate with internal teams, mission partners, customers, and senior leaders.\nPrepare status reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive-level updates.\nMaintain organized and accurate project documentation.\nSupport quality-control reviews to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.\nDrive accountability across project teams and maintain momentum against established priorities.\nAnticipate upcoming requirements and ensure stakeholders are prepared to meet deadlines\nQualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.\nDemonstrated project or program management experience within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, federal government, or a comparable environment.\nProven ability to manage deliverables, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and competing priorities.\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.\nExperience maintaining action-item trackers and driving tasks through completion.\nAbility to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, customers, and senior leaders.\nStrong follow-through, judgment, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-security environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and project-tracking tools.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProject Management Professional certification or equivalent project-management training.\nExperience supporting combatant-command, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs.\nExperience
