We don't want someone to \"run a sequence tool.\" We want someone who builds the automated systems-lead gen, enrichment, scoring, AI-native workflows-that make every rep on the team a force multiplier.\nWhat You'll Actually Be Doing\nYou'll build and own the machinery behind pipeline: the data, the automations, the AI-native workflows, and the tooling that makes outbound and revenue scale.\nBuild the GTM Engine\nDesign and build scalable lead-gen systems using enrichment, automation, and AI\nBuild LLM-powered workflows: personalized outbound, signal detection, lead scoring, research\nWire together the stack (Clay, n8n/Zapier, CRM, APIs, scripts) into systems that actually run\nTreat outbound like a product: instrument it, measure it, refine it\nOwn the Data & Tooling\nBuild and maintain clean, enriched lead lists and account data\nArchitect the CRM and keep the pipeline honest and queryable\nBuild dashboards and reporting so the team sees what's working and why\nAutomate the manual work that's slowing reps down\nForce-Multiply the Team\nGive the SDR, AE, and Founding GTM leverage-more pipeline, better targeting, less busywork\nSpot bottlenecks in the funnel and engineer them away\nConstantly experiment with new tools, tactics, and growth mechanics\nYou Will Be\nBuilding\nAutomating\nInstrumenting\nIterating\nIn the trenches with founders and the GTM team\nThis is a founding-level ownership role, not a \"manage the tools\" seat. You're building the systems the whole revenue org runs on.\nWho You Are\nWe're looking for a hustler who builds-part operator, part engineer. Titles matter less than what you've shipped.\nMust-Haves\nTechnical and hands-on. You're comfortable with APIs, scripts, SQL, and modern GTM tooling (Clay, n8n, Zapier, or similar). You can build, not just configure.\nAI-native to the core. You build LLM-powered workflows instinctively and reach for automation before manual work.\nYou can hold a credible conversation about our world-AI agents, evals, observability-well enough to build systems that target the right buyers.\nOutcome bias. Tell us why you think you'll succeed at Bluejay, ask us why you should join, and get a feel for the role, the company, and how we work.\nRound 2 - Take-Home Exercise (a few hours, on your own time) We'll give you a real Bluejay GTM problem and ask you to build a solution. You might design (or actually build) an automated outbound system for a target segment, a lead enrichment and scoring workflow, an AI-powered personalization pipeline, or a way to instrument the funnel. Show us the architecture and, where you can, working pieces. Keep it to a few focused hours-we care less about polish and more about how you build, automate, and think about leverage. It's paid, and we'll send a clear, bounded prompt so you're not guessing at scope.\nRound 3 - Take-Home Review + Live Jam (30 minutes) We'll walk through what you built-why you chose those tools, where it breaks, how you'd scale it-then jam live on a different systems problem: maybe untangle a real funnel bottleneck or design a workflow on the spot. We want to see how you think out loud and reason through tradeoffs in real time.\nRound 4 - Team Meetup (30 minutes) Meet the team and see whether Bluejay feels like the right place for you-and whether you feel like the right addition to the team. We might dig into a system you've built before, debate the right GTM stack, talk through how you'd give our reps leverage, or just get a feel for how you'd work alongside everyone.
