You’ll design and ship the front end in React/Next.js, write Postgres and/or Clickhouse queries, and, depending on the team, develop and fine-tune machine learning models in Python.\nDevelop and optimize applications within our tech stack (Next.js and Postgres).\nTransform low-fidelity UX wireframes into high-quality, functional user interfaces.\nCollaborate closely with the founding team to refine both product and technical roadmaps.\nDesign and implement effective product growth loops in partnership with our product team.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who:\nHas a proven track record of successful projects that significantly improved user experience.\nPossesses a deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.\nHas hands-on experience developing and shipping applications using Next.js and Postgres.\nThrives in a startup environment-self-motivated, highly efficient, and capable of working independently.\nHolds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or has equivalent practical experience.\nWhy Bluelight?\nJoin us and contribute to a team that values innovation, efficiency, and direct impact.
