estate and construction firm, is seeking a polished, welcoming, and organised Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, staff, and other stakeholders while providing reception and administrative support.\nKey ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders professionally.\nMaintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception area.\nAnswer, screen, and direct telephone calls and enquiries.\nRespond to routine enquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate departments.\nManage visitor registration, access procedures, and appointments.\nReceive, sort, record, and distribute incoming mail, courier items, and documents.\nCoordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.\nNotify relevant employees of visitors' arrival and assist with access and logistics.\nRequirementsOND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.\n2–3 years' relevant experience in front desk, reception, customer service, administration, or a similar role.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProfessional, courteous, and welcoming personality.\nStrong telephone and front-desk etiquette.\nGood organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nAttention to detail and good record-keeping skills.\nAbility to remain calm and professional under pressure.\nStrong customer service orientation and professional presentation.\nExperience in real estate, corporate offices,
