Known for excellence, Bluemool Limited specializes in designing, developing, and managing affordable housing, fully serviced retail outlets, shopping complexes, and commercial properties such as office complexes, hotels, and hostels in Lagos and beyond.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Graduate Trainee - Civil Engineering\n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nJob type: Full-time\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Assist with site supervision and monitoring of construction activities.\n\n Support the interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings.\n\n Assist in monitoring construction quality, materials, workmanship, and project progress.\n\n Work with project teams, contractors, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.\n\n Assist in preparing site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.\n\n Learn and comply with applicable health, safety, and construction standards.\n\nRequirements\n\n A Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, as applicable.\n\n Recent graduates and candidates with limited relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.\n\n Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.\n\n Good communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
