This position is responsible for maintaining site facilities, assisting with equipment and infrastructure repairs, supporting construction and maintenance projects, and ensuring the site remains clean, organized, and operational.\nThe successful candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and enjoys performing a wide range of hands-on tasks in a dynamic mining environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs to site buildings, offices, shops, warehouses, fencing, and other facilities.\nAssist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance projects as assigned.\nMaintain site roads, parking areas, signage, and grounds to ensure a safe working environment.\nSupport snow removal, dust control, vegetation management, and seasonal maintenance activities.\nLoad, unload, move, and organize materials, supplies, and equipment.\nAssist with construction, installation, and relocation of site infrastructure.\nPerform housekeeping duties in work areas, shops, storage yards, and common facilities.\nOperate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely and effectively.\nAssist maintenance personnel with inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs.\nPerform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns.\nSupport deliveries, inventory organization, and material handling.\nAssist with site mobilization and demobilization activities as operational needs require.\nFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental requirements.\nParticipate in safety meetings, inspections, and training activities.\nIdentify and report unsafe conditions or equipment deficiencies.\nMaintain clean work areas and support responsible waste management practices.\nQualifications\nEducation\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nOne to three years of experience in general maintenance, construction, industrial labor, mining, or related fields preferred.\nExperience operating light equipment, power tools, and maintenance equipment is an asset.\nMechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use common hand and power tools.\nBasic knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nStrong work ethic with a willingness to perform a variety of physical tasks.\nGood communication and organizational skills.\nCommitment to safety and continuous improvement.\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistance.\nAbility to stand, walk, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work on uneven terrain.\nAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nAbility to work overtime, weekends, or varying schedules as operational needs require.\nPreferred Qualifications\nValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.\nExperience operating forklifts, skid steers, or other light equipment.\nMSHA Part 46 or Part 48 training (or ability to obtain).\nFirst Aid/CPR Certification (or ability to
