operations.\nScope & Accountability\nSupport receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of materials, equipment, and consumables\nVerify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and report discrepancies\nPerform safe handling of materials including mining equipment, spare parts, and consumables\nSupport implementation of inventory control principles (FIFO, stock levels, traceability)\nMaintain accurate inventory records and stock levels in SAP\nSupport warehouse layout, storage optimization, and housekeeping\nAssist with picking, packing, and issuing materials to construction and operations\nCoordinate with logistics and expediting for receipt and tracking of deliveries\nParticipate in cycle counts and inventory verification activities\nSupport preservation and storage requirements for equipment and materials\nReport damaged goods, discrepancies, or risks impacting inventory or operations\nEnsure compliance with HSE, company procedures, and warehouse standards\nSupport continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes\nLearn and develop competencies under guidance of Warehouse Lead\nSubmit warehouse and inventory reports as required.\nAuthorities\nExecute warehouse and logistics activities within defined procedures\nStop or report unsafe handling or storage practices\nReject or report non-compliant deliveries and discrepancies\nEnsure data accuracy in SAP for inventory and movements\nEscalate risks impacting inventory, safety, or operations\nSupport enforcement of warehouse processes and standards\nInitiate corrective actions for inventory discrepancies under guidance\nOperate warehouse systems and tools within defined authority.\nKey Interfaces\nMaterials Management & Warehouse Lead, Purchasing, Expediting, Logistics, Construction, Operations, SAP Team, and Suppliers.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years related experience in supply chain, procurement and logistics.\nExperience in warehouse operations\nExperience with SAP or other inventory management systems is required\nBachelor's degree in a related field preferred.\nStrong communication skills in English\nNorwegian fluency is a
