Along the way, they contribute to team growth by maintaining best practices, staying current on digital trends, and supporting junior designers.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign digital assets for web, mobile, email, and social\n\nExecute creative concepts with strong visual craft\n\nApply and evolve brand guidelines across digital touchpoints\n\nCreate layouts, typography systems, and UI components\n\nCollaborate with creative, marketing, and product partners\n\nTranslate creative direction into polished final designs\n\nParticipate in concepting, brainstorms, and critiques\n\nPresent work clearly to internal stakeholders\n\nIncorporate feedback efficiently and thoughtfully\n\nPrepare production-ready files for both print and web-based projects\n\nEnsure designs meet platform specs and best practices\n\nManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously\n\nMaintain organized files and documentation\n\nAdapt designs across formats, sizes, and channels\n\nMaintain high standards for detail, consistency, and quality\n\nStay current on design trends, tools, and digital platforms\n\nTake ownership of assigned projects and timelines\n\nRequirements\n5 years of experience in digital design, either in-house or at an agency\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work across multiple platforms\n\nProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite\n\nSolid understanding of digital production standards and platform specifications\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback cycles\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams\n\nBonus for experience designing in the luxury retail space\n\nBenefits:\nAt Blue Nile, many of our roles offer a high-quality, comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, paid time off, retirement planning and opportunities for career advancement.
