The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for fulfilling orders, stocking inventory, aiding in audit counts and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nResponsibilities:\nProcess E-Commerce Orders - Pull, invoice, & package jewelry\nFulfill Internal Inventory Requests - Pull & transfer jewelry to different departments\nLabeling - Print RFID tags for new jewelry\nReturns - Process return, orders and tag items\nStocking - Scan items into their designated bins\nScan items into Excel spreadsheet for data analysis and tracking\nLearn basic jewelry and diamond knowledge to better understand our inventory\nCompetencies:\nAttention to Detail and Problem-Solving\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to receive tasks and complete in a timely fashion\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team\nRequirements\nSelf-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must!\nPositive attitude with ability to accept constructive feedback\nA desire to meet and exceed performance and service expectations\nStrong understanding of teamwork and ability to pivot between tasks as needed\n1+ years of relevant experience\nBasic computer skills\nExperience working with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word, etc) Requirements:\nHigh School Degree, GED or equivalent certification is required\nAbility to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day\nBenefits\n At Blue Nile, many of our roles offer a high-quality, comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, paid time off, retirement planning and opportunities for career advancement.
