This role is crucial in supporting our quality control team members with the completion of their daily checks and ensuring our pieces are accounted for. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in administrative tasks within a quality control or manufacturing environment.\nMaintain and organize quality control documentation, including inspection reports, quality checklists, and non-conformance records.\nAccurately enter quality control data into the system and ensure all records are up to date.\nLiaise between the Quality Control team and other departments to ensure a timely flow of information regarding product quality and status updates.\nAssist in locating and providing piece updates to input into master data for communication with our customers.\nSupport the Quality Control team by providing any necessary replenishment of tools and documents to complete their tasks.\nTrack and manage quality control-related supplies, ensuring they are adequately stocked.\nIdentify and report any discrepancies or issues related to product quality and collaborate on solutions.\nOrganize and collect all tracking material and store it correctly by the department's classifications.\nAd Hoc projects assigned by the manager.\nRequirements and Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalency required.\nBachelor’s Degree in progress preferred.\nMinimum of 1-2 years previous experience in an administrative or office coordinator role.\nExperience with customer service a plus.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.\nVerbal and written communication skills.\nThe hourly pay range for this job is $18.50 - 19.50. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job- related knowledge, skills & experience, among other factors. Regular positions are eligible for discretionary bonus.
