rapid development and deployment of AI solutions.\n\nImplement robust monitoring, logging, and observability systems to ensure platform reliability.\n\nCollaborate with the Agent Engineering team to understand platform requirements and optimize for their use cases.\n\nOwn platform security, performance, and scalability as we grow our customer base.\n\nWho You Are\nSystems-oriented with a passion for building reliable, maintainable infrastructure.\n\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving technical requirements.\n\nCurious about how AI infrastructure can transform the life sciences industry.\n\nExhibits thoroughness and precision in system design and implementation.\n\nWhat You Bring\n8+ years of post-college experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or related field.\n\nProficiency in Python, or similar programming languages.\n\nExperience building and scaling distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.\n\nHands-on experience with containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nUnderstanding of database design, and performance optimization.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code.\n\nPrior experience with ML/AI infrastructure, LLMOps, or data engineering is a strong
