Your job is to find them.\n Senior Sales Development Representatives are a key part of our Sales team. You will open conversations with senior engineering and technology leaders at large global enterprises, particularly in banking, financial services and insurance. You will learn how they measure developer productivity, code quality and the return on AI coding tools, and create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.\nAs a senior member of the team, you will deliver a consistently strong pipeline, set the standard for conversation and meeting quality, and help the SDRs around you improve.\nWe believe in growth and development, and offer clear sales career pathways.
