Build what matters.\nAbout the Role\nBlueprint is seeking a Business Operations & Program Manager to support a Commercial Strategy organization, with a focus on business operations, financial planning, resource management, and strategic execution. This role will help ensure operational priorities are effectively managed, financial and resource plans remain on track, and leadership has the information needed to make informed business decisions.\nYou'll work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, Staffing, and senior leadership stakeholders, including the Office of the CVP. This position offers broad ownership across business operations, financial forecasting, governance, executive communications, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to independently manage complex priorities while driving operational efficiency.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage budgets, purchase orders, financial forecasts, headcount planning, and vendor resources.\nDevelop and maintain operating rhythms, planning calendars, and business review processes.\nTrack project milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, deliverables, and operational priorities across multiple initiatives.\nPartner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Staffing, and leadership stakeholders to coordinate business operations and resource planning.\nPrepare executive presentations, business reviews, decision materials, status reports, and leadership communications.\nMonitor budgets and expenditures, identify potential variances or overruns, and recommend solutions.\nEstablish and document business processes, operational procedures, and governance practices.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and program tracking mechanisms.\nImprove operational reporting, documentation, SharePoint resources, and business processes.\nMaintain accurate records of project communications, business metrics, financial information, and operational data.\nSupport strategic initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-through on leadership priorities.\nIdentify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve planning, reporting, and operational outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\n10+ years of experience in business operations, program management, business management, or a related field.\nDemonstrated experience managing budgets, purchase orders, financial forecasts, and resource planning activities.\nStrong project and program management skills, including experience managing concurrent initiatives, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.\nExperience developing executive presentations, business reviews, decision materials, status reports, and leadership communications.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex business information clearly and effectively.\nKnowledge of business management principles, strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial operations.\nAbility to analyze financial and operational trends, forecast potential expenses, and identify opportunities for improvement.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.\nSound judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity while working across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience supporting a large, complex technology organization.\nExperience supporting an Office of the CVP or partnering directly with senior executives.\nExperience with financial planning, headcount management, vendor management, or organizational resource planning.\nFamiliarity with SharePoint and enterprise business applications.\nExperience using AI tools and automation to improve business planning, reporting, and operational processes.\nCompensation\nAt Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.\nThe anticipated compensation range is $40.87 to $44.71 USD hourly, with a midpoint of $42.79. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
