BlueRock is changing the landscape of App runtime security.\nWhat you need to know:\nJob location - Working from Bangalore office\nAs an SDET Engineer - UI Test Automation for BlueRock Security, you will:\nDesign, develop and maintain robust, scalable end-to-end UI automation framework using Python and Playwright\n\nLeverage AI tools/testing platforms to accelerate test creation, self-heal scripts, and triage test failures\n\nDiagnose, isolate, and debug complex UI failures, asynchronous rendering issues, user workflow errors, and backend integration bugs\n\nIntegrate automated Playwright suites into continuous integration pipelines (GitlabCI) for seamless regression testing.\n\nPartner with UI Developer and product teams to translate requirements and acceptance criteria into executable automated test scenarios\n\nImplement Page Object Model patterns, parallel test execution, and API mocking techniques to minimize test execution time\n\nYou could be a great fit for this role if you have: (Must Haves)\nBachelor's degree or higher in computer science (or equivalent)\n\nAt least 3+ years of professional experience in software automation using Python\n\nHands-on experience with Playwright, working with cross platforms and browser testing\n\nComfortable working with AI tools for test generation and automation\n\nStrong understanding of Python Pytest framework\n\nProficiency with Git workflow management and CI/CD pipeline scripting\n\nFamiliarity with building test suites for RESTful APIs using python libraries like request modules along with UI validations\n\nDeep understanding of software QA methodologies, testing life cycles, and Agile/Scrum delivery\n\nExposure to and familiarity with multiple desktop operating systems: Windows/MacOS/Linux\n\nNice to Have:\nUnderstanding of public cloud deployments(AWS/Azure/GCP)\n\nExposure to Docker for containerized test execution environments and building custom docker test clients\n\nFamiliarity with testing application firewall/security product UI\n\nAbout BlueRock:\nBlueRock is a well-funded, early stage cybersecurity company founded by experienced security minded entrepreneurs.
