Our Commercial team is looking for a Credit Controller in our Commercial Services and Transformation team, based at our Mount Waverley, VIC office (working hours:8:30AM-5:00PM) in a fixed term 18-month contract. You’re great at building trust and bringing people together, collaborating to solve problems and create smooth, positive experiences for our customers. You’ll also:\nmanage a portfolio of debtor accounts with a focus on risk reduction, cash collection, and customer outcomes\ndevelop and maintain reporting on monthly and yearly account trends against forecast\nengage with internal teams, from sales to finance, to ensure timely, accurate responses\ninvestigate and escalate customer claims efficiently and appropriately\nanalyse account performance and provide insights on delinquency and trends\ninfluence customers in line with agreed trading terms through strong negotiation and relationship-building\nconfidently navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities\nsupport a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence\nMore About You\nAs someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, you’ll be comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
