With a proud Australian manufacturing heritage dating back to 1921, Lysaght produces and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation-from iconic corrugated roofing on Australian homes to major commercial and industrial projects.\nAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our business for our customers, delivering exceptional service across every interaction. You will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries from our commercial and residential customers. You will:\ninteract with customers via phone and email, managing a variety of enquiries, quotes and order requests\ncollaborate with internal stakeholders including warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, packaging, and delivery timetables\ncontinuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition\nMore About You\nYou are a genuine team player with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, who can adapt your style to work effectively with a wide range of personalities and customer needs.
