In this highly connected role, you’ll work closely with a high-performing, multi-disciplinary leadership team and report directly to the Australian Steel Markets General Manager, who also holds the role of Chief Customer Officer. You’ll support two leadership teams, including one with a global remit, giving you broad exposure across the business. With a strong pipeline of key projects underway and continued investment in technology and capability, you’ll be joining us at an exciting time of growth and transformation. By taking an active interest in our business and strategic direction, you’ll gain visibility across a diverse range of activities and have many opportunities to contribute.\nWhat Will You Do?\nAs an engaged and well-regarded member of the team, you'll support our leadership by:\nefficiently managing the diary, schedule and appointments for the General Manager\nmanaging the travel bookings and accommodation for key personnel\ncoordinating site visits by booking meeting rooms, arranging IT setup and ensuring the availability of necessary resources\nassisting in planning and organising various events, including employee functions, conferences, seminars, and workshops\nmanaging expenses by reconciling office invoices and expenses\nworking collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and be solution focused\nactively contributing to a positive, collaborative and supportive team environment or actively fostering a positive, collaborative and supportive team environment\nMore About You\nYou’ve gained experience in a similar role and are ready to take the next step in your career.
