BlueScope Building Components, a division of BlueScope in Australia, manufactures and markets steel building products, solutions and services through our leading brands: Lysaght, Fielders and Ranbuild.\nAs a Loader Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and ensuring our products are safely and efficiently prepared for delivery to our customers.\nWorking in a busy warehouse environment, you’ll use your forklift skills to safely move, load and prepare steel products for despatch. Click here to learn more -Careers at BlueScope\nWhat We Offer\nThese full-time, permanent roles offer a competitive weekly rate starting from $1,061.72, with the ability to progress to $1,158.62, depending on your skills and experience. You’ll also be eligible for overtime, public holiday pay and quarterly bonus. Our operations run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with opportunities across day, afternoon and night shifts. Afternoon shift attracts a 15% shift loading allowance and night shift attracts a 30% shift loading allowance.\nShift times include:\nDay shift: 6:30 am-2:30 pm\nAfternoon shift: 2:30 pm-10:30 pm\n Night shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am (commencing Sunday evenings)\nWhat Will You Do?\nThis hands-on role offers plenty of variety and plays an important part in both the safety of our people and the quality of the products we deliver. Your responsibilities will include:\nsafely operating a forklift in a busy warehouse environment\npreloading and loading steel products onto trucks for despatch\nmoving products safely and accurately around the site\noperating processing machinery as required\nconducting routine safety and equipment checks\nassisting with general warehouse duties and keeping the work area clean and organised\nworking closely with your team to meet customer and despatch requirements\nMore About You\nYou’re someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and working as part of a team.
