The Opportunity Our Orrcon Manufacturing business has multiple opportunities available for Team Members to join the Production team based in Salisbury, QLD. No previous operations or manufacturing experience? No problem - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training and ongoing support to help you build a long-term career with us. These roles are full-time and permanent, offering a competitive weekly rate along with eligibility for overtime and an annual performance bonus. Our operations run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, with teams working across day, afternoon and night shifts on a rotating roster. Shifts are generally Monday to Friday, with night shift commencing on Sunday evenings (9:48pm start). This means you’ll still have the majority of your weekend
