The Business Analyst Consultant will report to the Manager, Provider Data and Analytics.\nIn this role, you will partner with operational and business stakeholders to develop reporting, dashboards, and data solutions that drive performance improvement and informed decision-making. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning.\n Your Work\nIn this role, you will:\nProvides highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross functional business operations\nDevelops, prepares and analyzes reports with highly complex analyzes and data for management review, and presents to various levels of management\nDefines business requirements and provides analysis to increase operational efficiency\nMay manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area\nCommunicates and influence parties within and outside of the job function\n Your Knowledge and Experience\nBachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree\n7 years of prior relevant experience\nDeep understanding of SQL and the ability to write SQL to develop reports and dashboards\nProficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data set\nStrong analytics skills, strong problem-solving skills\nPrior experience with creating dashboards and reports in Tableau is a plus\nHybrid\nThis role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.
