The Business Analyst, Senior will report to the Manager, Performance Analytics and Reporting.\nIn this role, you will use SQL and other analytical tools to develop and maintain reports, analyze complex provider data, validate data integrity, and identify opportunities to improve operational performance and data quality. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning.\n Your Work\nIn this role, you will:\nProvides highly complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of cross functional business operations\nDevelop, prepare, and analyze reports with complex analysis and data for management review, and present to various levels of management\nDefine business requirements and provide analysis to increase operational efficiency\nAnalyze actual results against plan and forecast and recommend interventions where appropriate\nWorks cross-functionally in analyzing, designing, and developing business solutions\nIdentify opportunities for improvement in operational performance and notify management of issues and problems requiring immediate attention\nCommunicates and influence parties within and outside of the job function\n Your Knowledge and Experience\nBachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree\n5 years of prior relevant experience\nExperience using SQL to pull queries and pull data extracts for analysis\nProficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data set\nStrong analytics skills, strong problem-solving skills\nHybrid\nThis role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.
