We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning.\nYour Work\nIn this role, you will:\nProvide complex analytical support through the analysis and interpretation of data to support improvement of known business processes\nAnalyze and assures the quality of data collected and manages data collection plans\nPrepare and presents complex data analysis story arch for Senior Management review\nGather customer and business needs and provides analysis toward operational efficiency and drives change within and operational area\nDevelop maps of manual and automated business processes, capturing organizational and process models, data and system workflows, describing the roles, activities, inputs and outputs\nManage multiple priorities and competing demands while maintaining high standards of quality\nProduce accurate, high-quality work in a dynamic environment with changing business needs and complex responsibilities\nSupport a wide range of activities, from day-to-day operations to complex projects and strategic initiatives\nCommunicate analytical findings clearly and translate insights into actionable recommendations for technical audiences\nMaintain and enhance process documentation by identifying gaps, resolving inconsistencies, and updating content to align with evolving business requirements\nYour Knowledge and Experience\nBachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree\nRequires 5 years of prior relevant experience\nRequires extensive experience in process documentation, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management\nRequires a deep knowledge of process improvement tools typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.\nRequires strong expertise in performance measurement frameworks and KPI reporting\nMust have excellent time-management skills with a commitment to quality and timeliness\nMust be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities\nPreferred progress towards a Yellow or Green Belt from ASQ (Lean or Six Sigma)\nPreferred experience with Facets, Jira, Rovo, Service Marketplace, Nexus, Planview, SQL, Facets, Microsoft Access, Excel, and Copilot\nPreferred expert knowledge of automated systems in a production or operations environment\nPreferred expert knowledge of PCs and related software applications\nHybrid\nThis role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.
