The Direct Sales Representative, Intermediate - Duals will report to the Sr. Manager of Duals Outreach and Events and will support the growth and retention of Blue Shield’s D-SNP by providing compliant, accurate, and compassionate guidance to a highly specialized and vulnerable population. Work\nIn this role, you will:\nAcquire new members via direct sales, marketing channels, referrals, and cold leads\nPromote dual product plans over the phone, clearly explaining health options and educating consumers\nFoster ongoing relationships with beneficiaries through follow-up service to aid retention\nDevelop call strategies, manage a sales portfolio, qualify prospects, and close sales\nInform potential members about D-SNP benefits, eligibility, and differences among Medicare plans\nPresent plan options clearly and impartially to help beneficiaries make informed choices\nComplete telephonic enrollments accurately and compliantly\nMeet or exceed enrollment, productivity, and quality goals\nSchedule appointments for in-home visits and telephonic enrollments as needed\nEnsure application completeness and accuracy before processing\nCollaborate with departments and provide administrative support as business needs change\n Your Knowledge and Experience\nRequires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience\nRequired Health plan sales experience\nRequires an active Health and Life License in the state of California\nRequires Medicare-Medi-Cal or dual eligible knowledge\nPreferred Bilingual (Spanish, Chinese, or other Medi-Cal threshold languages)\nPreferred basic knowledge of systems including but not limited to AEVs, Marx, Salesforce and Facets \nPreferred knowledge of BSC products/services and eligibility
