The Program Coordinator, Experienced will report to the Senior Manager. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning.\n Your Work\nIn this role, you will:\nBe responsible for strategic alignment and integration across projects/programs, from initiation through delivery, in support of business unit process and administrative efficiency\nDefine projects required to support programs and partners to ensure their implementation on time, within budget and with benefits realized\nParticipate cross-functionally in business planning to support business unit strategy\nBe responsible for large/complex projects/programs\nExercise independent judgement in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results \nManage aspects of vendor selection and implementation\nEngage cross-functionally to enhance and enable key health plan functions, such as care management, with innovative new solutions\nParticipate in evaluation, oversight and monitoring activities for AI solutions\nSupport operations and partnerships through planning, coordination activities, documentation and analysis\n Your Knowledge and Experience\nBachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree\n3 years of prior relevant experience\nPrefers familiarity with health care data and the health care delivery system in California; health plan or provider experience strongly desired \nPrefers experience related to member- or provider-facing programs, such as Utilization Management or Care/Case Management\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive requirements and coordination\nStrong organizational and/or project management skills, consistent ability to \"self-start,” take ownership and seek assistance when necessary\nHybrid\nThis role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility.
