We offer a variety of benefits, which include:\nPay Range $75,000-$145,000\nThree Kaiser Medical Plans to select from with a 100% Company Paid Option\nDental & Vision Insurance\nVoluntary Life Insurance & Accident Coverage options\nCompany Paid Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability & Basic Life\nEmployee Assistance Programs\n401K Plan with 4% Company Match\nPaid Vacation & Paid Sick Time\nMaternity & Paternity Pay\nBereavement Pay\nCompany Paid Uniforms Provided\nTool Account Program\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nConduct thorough inspections of underground utility systems to identify defects, leaks, and damage.\nAnalyze inspection results to diagnose the cause of issues, such as leaks, blockages, or system failures.\nDevelop effective repair strategies and solutions based on diagnostic findings.\nPerform necessary repairs, replacements, or maintenance on underground utility systems, following industry standards and safety guidelines.\nInstall, replace, or repair pipes, connectors, and related components.\nPlan and execute sewer drain & water line replacement projects, including excavation, pipe removal, and installation of new sewer/ water lines.\nSafely operate excavation equipment, including excavators and backhoes, to dig trenches for accessing sewer/ water lines.\nEnsure the proper excavation depth and safety standards are maintained during the process.\nOperate heavy machinery and equipment for excavation and backfilling tasks.\nAdhere to all safety regulations and protocols to protect both personal and public safety.\nEnsure all work is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations related to underground utility systems.\nMaintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work.\nCommunicate with residential property owners and clients regarding repairs, timelines, and expectations on backfill.\nAddress client concerns and answer questions professionally and courteously.\nEnsure the proper maintenance and care of tools, equipment, and vehicles used in underground repair work.\nReport any equipment issues for repair or replacement.\nPreparing job truck and trailer with tools and material needed for project\nKeep the job site clean, safe, and organized\nCare for tools and equipment\nAssist in preparing existing line for liner install\nMeasure and weigh proper materials to be used for installation\nReconnect small plumbing fixtures\nQualifications:\nExperience operating/ handling mini excavators, skid steers, trench shields, and shoring.\nMechanically minded.\nAbility to lift and move heavy materials.\nCurrent driver's license with good driving record, CDL a plus.\nExperienced in installing residential/ light commercial underground drain and water systems.\nOSHA 10/ Trenching & Shoring class.\n3-5+ years in excavation, underground pipe replacement.\nExperience in CIPP Lining a plus, hydro-jetting, CCTV\nWillingness to learn specialized skills for successful liner installs\nMechanically minded\nAbility to lift and move heavy materials\nCurrent driver's license with good driving record\nExperience in sewer drain cleaning\nPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:\nTo adequately perform the duties of this job, the employee is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls; hear, and talk. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 50lbs and up. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.\nThe work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons. The work environment will subject employees to continual interruptions and changing priorities.
