We also develop our own SaaS products, which we commercialize and scale on local and international markets.\nProject description\nthe project focuses on driving business transformation through the implementation of AI-powered pricing solutions and enhancing data readiness across a global organisation;\n\nthe goal is to ensure that AI and analytics solutions deliver measurable business value and can be successfully scaled across multiple countries and business units.\n\nYour responsibilities\ngather and analyse business requirements and facilitate stakeholder workshops;\n\nprepare business and functional documentation, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria;\n\nsupport the definition and implementation of AI use cases within Pricing;\n\ncoordinate data quality, data validation and data readiness activities;\n\ncollaborate with business, Data, BI, AI and IT teams;\n\nplan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management and release readiness;\n\ntrack project progress, risks, dependencies and business outcomes;\n\nsupport user adoption, training and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat we expect\ntypically 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, Data & Analytics or technology transformation;\n\nstrong business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping skills;\n\nproven experience producing functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria;\n\nhands-on experience planning and leading UAT activities;\n\ngood understanding of Data Quality, Data Readiness and BI solutions;\n\npractical understanding of AI and analytics delivery lifecycles;\n\nexperience working with international business and technical stakeholders;\n\nproficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel or equivalent tools;\n\nprofessional proficiency in Polish and English.\n\nNice to Have\nSQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau;\n\nexperience in Pricing, Finance or Commercial Analytics;
