As a \"working leader,\" you will combine tactical execution and team management with active, hands-on analytical problem-solving. You will manage a dedicated small team of analysts while embedding directly with operational leaders to transform raw clinical, financial, and operational data into proactive business intelligence.\nThe ideal candidate brings deep healthcare expertise, strong statistical acumen, process improvement skills, and a forward-thinking approach to modern technology-including the use of generative AI tools. You will serve as the primary bridge between complex quantitative data and real-world operational decision-making, ensuring actionable insights reach our patients, members, and organization.\nSchedule: Full time position\nLocation: This is a remote, work-from-home position. Candidates MUST be based in one of Bluestone’s core markets: Minnesota, Wisconsin, or Florida.
