This is the main thing we look at. Show us the problem, your process, trade-offs, and what happened after the product shipped, not just polished final screens.\n3-4 years of product design experience. Experience at a strong product company such as CRED, Razorpay, Swiggy, Zomato, Flipkart, PhonePe, Groww, Uber, Google, or similar is a strong plus.\nStrong product thinking. You can take an ambiguous problem, understand the user need, explore alternatives, and arrive at a clear solution.\nFigma. You should be highly comfortable with auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping, and reusable design patterns.\nStrong visual craft. Type, spacing, grid, color, hierarchy, and interaction states should feel deliberate and polished.\nStrong UX fundamentals. User flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability, accessibility, and edge-case thinking.\nSystems thinking. You understand how a decision in one part of a product can affect other journeys and user states.\nProduct awareness. You understand how design decisions connect to metrics, behavior, and business outcomes.\nStrong communication. You can explain your reasoning clearly and work effectively with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.\nA B. Des, M. Des, B.
