Since 2013, we've built and scaled stores for Shark Tank brands, Forbes 30 Under 30 founders, and $100M+ eCommerce companies.\nWe move fast, own outcomes, and don't hand-hold. High performance and radical ownership are non-negotiables here.\nThe Role\nWe're hiring a Shopify Plus Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of website builds, redesigns, and CRO projects for fast-growing eCommerce brands. You'll sit at the center of every project - managing clients, driving cross-functional teams, and keeping scope, timelines, and budgets locked in.\nThis is a client-facing, outcome-owning role - not a coordinator seat. You'll be expected to bring structure, judgment, and proactive communication from day one.\nWhat You'll Own\nLead full-cycle Shopify Plus site builds and redesigns from kickoff to launch\nRun weekly client calls, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned\nTranslate client goals into clear project plans, sprint priorities, and delivery milestones\nCoordinate internal designers, developers, QA, and email teams across time zones\nMaintain clean scope documentation - catch and escalate drift before it becomes a problem\nTrack velocity, blockers, and deliverables using tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Trello\nManage 3-5 active projects simultaneously without dropping balls\nRequirements\nRequirements - Non-Negotiables\nIf you can't check every box below, please do not apply.\n2-4 years of project management experience at a digital or web agency - not in-house, not freelance-only Hands-on experience managing Shopify Plus builds - you understand themes, custom dev workflows, app integrations, and launch QA Direct client communication experience - you've run calls, delivered hard news, and managed scope pushback professionally Strong understanding of eCommerce and DTC brand operations - you know what a high-converting PDP looks like and why AOV matters Proficiency with PM tools: ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack (daily use, not just awareness) Familiarity with Klaviyo or eCommerce email automation flows Exposure to BigCommerce or headless commerce projects Conversational English proficiency Available to work during either EST or PST\nNice-to-Haves\nExperience with CRO strategy or A/B testing frameworks Agile / Scrum background with backlog management experience","description_format":"text","description_chars":2467,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Argentina","iso":"AR","kind":"country"},{"name":"Brazil","iso":"BR","kind":"country"},{"name":"Colombia","iso":"CO","kind":"country"},{"name":"Mexico","iso":"MX","kind":"country"},{"name":"Peru","iso":"PE","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["UI/UX Design","Web Development Services","Digital Marketing"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-13T05:21:37Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-09-29T17:58:46Z"},{"event":"reopen","at":"2026-10-28T19:14:43Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":73,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.809,"p_room":0.9,"age_days":11,"expected_fill_days":27,"reasons":["conf:4","win:mid"],"computed_at":"2026-11-08T05:47:12Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/bluestout-shopify-plus-project-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/bluestout-shopify-plus-project-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-08T12:32:39Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":26658,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-09T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":670441},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=670441"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fbluestout-shopify-plus-project-manager"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fbluestout-shopify-plus-project-manager"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fbluestout-shopify-plus-project-manager"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/bluestout-shopify-plus-project-manager\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fbluestout-shopify-plus-project-manager"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":854184}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"bluestout.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":854184},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
