Continuous learning, creativity and practical innovation are part of how we work, and we believe our people are what make NetTeam a great business to join.\nYou will work across Service, Professional Services, Cyber, Commercial and Operations, with the opportunity to shape standards, reusable solutions and customer-facing services rather than simply maintain a fixed backlog.\nYour first priorities:\nTake structured ownership of the Rewst estate, including workflows, forms, integrations, schedules, credentials, dependencies and known issues.\nMake critical automations observable, documented, recoverable and supportable.\nEstablish practical source-control, review, testing, release, rollback, alerting and support arrangements.\nIdentify high-value opportunities across service delivery, Microsoft 365, security, onboarding, ticket handling and reporting.\nWhat you will own and deliver:\nRewst and automation-platform ownership:\nOwn the day-to-day health, administration, support and development of Rewst and the wider automation toolset, including Datto RMM and GetThread.\nTroubleshoot failed workflows, restore service safely, remove recurring causes and maintain an accurate automation and dependency register.\nWorkflow and integration engineering:\nDesign, build, test and maintain event-driven and scheduled workflows using the platform best suited to the requirement.\nDevelop resilient PowerShell and API integrations with secure authentication, pagination, rate-limit awareness, structured logging, exception handling and rollback.\nAI agents and intelligent workflows:\nDeliver practical agents and AI-enabled workflows that use approved knowledge, request approval where needed, record evidence and escalate safely when confidence is insufficient.\nDesign prompts, instructions, tools, actions, grounding sources and evaluation scenarios that produce repeatable, measurable outputs.\nSecurity, governance and production reliability:\nApply least privilege, environment separation, approved identities, secure secrets, audit logging, change control, monitoring and safe fallbacks.\nTreat prompt injection, excessive permissions, unsafe actions, sensitive-data exposure, ungrounded output, model drift and uncontrolled consumption as engineering risks.\nBusiness discovery, customer solutions and team enablement:\nRun discovery sessions, translate requirements into designs and acceptance criteria, and support estimates, demonstrations, proposals and Statements of Work.\nCreate runbooks, architecture notes, data-flow diagrams, test evidence and user guidance, and train teams to use solutions and recognise failure conditions.\nTechnology environment :\nThe role spans Rewst, PowerShell, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Graph, Azure, Intune, Datto RMM, GetThread, Windows and Active Directory, n8n, Power Automate, Make, Copilot Studio, Claude, ChatGPT and Codex. You are not expected to know every platform on day one, but you must be able to choose tools thoughtfully and learn quickly.\nAbout you:\nSkills & Experience:\nEssential:\nExperience in automation engineering within an MSP or enterprise environment.\nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation development skills.\nExperience with:\nMicrosoft 365\nAzure\nIntune\nPower Platform\nRMM and PSA platforms\nExperience building API integrations and workflow automations.\nKnowledge of AI platforms and automation technologies.\nStrong understanding of IT service management processes.\nExperience implementing governance and change control processes.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nDesirable:\nMicrosoft Copilot implementation experience.\nAzure AI Services experience.\nOpenAI integration experience.\nPower Automate advanced development.\nLogic Apps development.\nData analytics and reporting experience.\nExperience delivering customer-facing consulting engagements.\nAI governance or responsible AI framework experience.\nDiversity and Inclusion:\nWe are proactively committed to creating a diverse workforce at Netteam tX.
