Act as the primary owner of data sync for different systems, ensuring data integrity and real-time consistency across all systems.\nWorkflow Optimisation: Partner closely with Risk, CS, and other ops teams to automate and optimise high-stakes workflows that directly impact our ability to scale.\nCompliance and Security: Collaborate with Legal and Compliance (LnC) to define Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and manage sensitive data visibility\nEngineering Partnership: Act as the direct counterpart to a dedicated engineering team. You will work with the team to groom and plan efficiently, ensuring the team is focused on high-leverage features and a robust pipeline.\nAdvocate for the Internal User: Obsess over the \"Operational Experience\" for our global teams, using shadowing and qualitative feedback to reduce task completion time and cognitive load.\nProblem Solving: Identify and resolve synchronisation bottlenecks or tool-based inefficiencies that hinder the productivity of our Ops teams.\n\nRequirements:\nEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data analysis or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in the fintech industry or data management products.
