About the role: BlueWave is seeking a Director of Preconstruction & Procurement to support late-stage solar and battery storage projects from development through contracting and construction readiness. As a key member of a lean Preconstruction team, this role will take hands-on ownership of planning, estimating, scheduling, constructability, risk management, strategic sourcing, procurement, and contracting to ensure projects are fully scoped, priced, contracted, and supplied for successful execution.
