The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates for positions including Sales Associates, Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and other field leadership roles.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and understands the urgency and volume associated with retail staffing. Experience recruiting within the wireless, telecommunications, retail, or high-volume sales industry is strongly preferred.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage full-cycle recruiting for retail and field positions across multiple locations and markets.\nSource qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing channels.\nConduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' experience, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.\nPartner closely with District Managers and Regional leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.\nMaintain a strong pipeline of candidates for high-volume and difficult-to-fill locations.\nSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.\nFollow up with hiring managers to ensure timely interview feedback and hiring decisions.\nExtend employment offers and communicate compensation, start dates, and onboarding expectations.\nCoordinate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure candidates complete required pre-employment and onboarding steps.\nTrack candidates throughout the recruiting process using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nMaintain accurate recruiting records and documentation.\nMonitor open positions, time-to-fill, candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and other recruiting metrics.\nDevelop creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates in competitive wireless retail markets.\nProvide candidates with a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process.\nEnsure recruiting practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.\nQualifications\n2+ years of recruiting experience preferred, ideally within telecommunications, wireless retail, retail sales, or another high-volume environment.\nExperience recruiting for multiple locations simultaneously.\nStrong sourcing and candidate outreach skills.\nExperience using an Applicant Tracking System; Workable experience is a plus.\nFamiliarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\nAbility to manage a high volume of open positions and candidates.\nAbility to build strong working relationships with District Managers and other field leaders.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing staffing priorities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nPreferred Experience\nWireless or telecommunications recruiting experience.\nExperience recruiting for commission-based sales positions.\nExperience supporting multi-state or multi-location retail operations.\nFamiliarity with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/onboarding systems.\nExperience with background-check and pre-employment screening processes.\nKey Competencies\nThe successful Recruiter will be proactive, responsive, organized, persistent, and results-oriented.
