By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.\nThe Role\nYou'lltake high-impact client projects from pitch through plan to delivery, running several concurrently across our Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems. You'llnavigate complex enterprise environments, orchestrating cross-functional technical teams while keeping command over project health and delivery timelines. Clients judge us on whether projects land on time and on budget, and that call sits with you. You'llrun both waterfall and agile delivery, choosing whichever fits the engagement, and use Kantataand Jira to track health and surface risk before it becomes a problem. You'llcarry real autonomy here, several live client relationships and direct executive exposure, with the final say on delivery calls.\nWhat you'lldo\nLead concurrent projectsacross our Salesforce and Adobeecosystems, from platform upgrades through to full enterprise implementations.\n\nOrchestrate delivery teamsto deployintegratedfront-office solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder client environments.\nOwn client communicationas the hub between in-house technical teams, external vendorsand executive-level clients.\nReport status coherentlywith timelyclear updates,\nwhilst\nmanaging dependencies and mitigating riskto hit milestones and deliver outcomes on time.\n\nManage project financialsincluding budgets, resource utilisationand revenue reporting, keeping every project on target margin.\nTrack delivery healthin Kantataand Jira, running waterfall or agile depending on what each engagement needs.\nWhat you'llbring\nExperience, 5 years+ in Project Management in a digital consultancyor professional services environment.\nMulti-project delivery experience, running several concurrent enterprise client projects rather than one large programme.\nExperience deliveringSalesforce, with hands-on delivery experience on Adobeas a ‘Nice to have’.\n\nFinancial ownershipof project budgets, marginand revenue reporting alongside delivery timelines.\nStakeholder management, confident as the single point of contact between technical teams, vendorsand executive-level clients.\nDelivery method range, equally comfortable running waterfall and agile and knowing which fits the engagement.\nTooling fluencywith delivery and resourcing platforms such as Kantataand Jira, or close equivalents.\nWhy this role, why now\nBPX is scaling fast, and this role sits right at the point where that growth gets delivered, client by client.
