By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.\nThe Role\nBPX is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of martechand customer data projects for enterprise clients. You will run workstreams inside large, multi-year transformation programmes, covering engagement platforms such as Braze, customer data platforms such as Twilio Segment, cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, and the content and work management tools around them. You own the plan, the dependencies, the risksand the client conversation, working alongside a programme manager, strategists, architectsand specialist engineers. This is a hands-on role: you need enough technical understanding to challenge an estimate, spot a dependency between a data change and a live journey, and keep a mixed client and BPX team moving at pace. On every project you run, you are the person the client relies on to know where things stand.\nWhat you'lldo\nPlan and lead martech and data projects from scoping and kick-off through build, testing, go-live and hypercare.\nBuild and maintain delivery plans, sprint plans and resource plans, and manage dependencies across workstreams, vendors and client teams.\nRun agile ceremonies and governance, including stand-ups, sprint reviews, steering updates and status reporting.\nOwn RAID logs, change control and escalation, and resolve issues before they reach the client's timeline.\nTrack budget, hours and burn against plan, and flag variance and scope change early with options.\nCoordinate use case backlogs and release plans with client product owners, marketing teams and IT.\nBring changes to live platforms safely, with clear testing, cutover and rollback plans.\nWork with change and enablement leads so adoption is planned as part of delivery, not after it.\nSupport pre-sales with delivery plans, effort estimates and statements of work, and contribute to BPX's delivery methods and templates.\nWhat you'llbring\nSix or more years in project management, including at least three years delivering martech, CRM, dataor digital technology projects.\nTrack recordof running projects inside large enterprise programmes, with multiple workstreams, vendors and stakeholder groups.\nStrong grasp of agile and hybrid delivery. Certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePMor Scrum Master is an advantage.\nWorking technical understanding of marketing automation, CDPor cloud data projects. Experience with Braze, Segment, Snowflake, Adobeor Salesforce platforms is an advantage.\nConfident with delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet or Workfront, and with tracking budget and hours against plan.\nExperience in financial services or other regulated industries is an advantage.\nConsulting or agency background, credible with senior client stakeholders and calm under pressure.\nFluent English and the right to work in an EMEA country where BPX operates.\nWhy this role, why now\nBPX is delivering more large, multi-workstream martechand data programmes than ever, and project management is what keeps them on track.
