By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.\nThe Role\nYou'llrun a portfolio of enterprise client projects across the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems, taking each one from pitch to plan to delivery. On any given week you'llhave several projects live at once, from platform upgrades to full implementations, each with its own technical team and its own client executives. You sit at the centerof it: the person our consultants, partner vendors and client leadership all look to for a straight answer on status, risk and what happens next. You also own the numbers, keeping every project on budget and on margin. Clients judge BPX on whether projects land on time and on budget, which makes this role central to how they see us. Internally, this position maps to our Project Manager role within our global structure.\nWhat you'lldo\nLead concurrent projectsacross Adobe and Salesforce, from platform upgrades to full enterprise implementations.\nDirect technical teamsof consultants and platform specialists deploying front-office solutions inside complex client environments.\nKeep clients confidentthrough clear status reporting and honest risk conversations with executive stakeholders.\nHold every project to margin, managing budget, resourcingand revenue reporting against target.\nReport the financialsaccurately for implementation projects and retainedservices engagements alike.\nRun delivery in Kantataand Jira, tracking project health and resource allocation, with AI flagging risks earlier.\nPick the right methodfor each engagement, waterfall or agile, and adjust when the project changes shape.\nYou'll work with clients and colleaguesacross multiple regions, so some flexibility with your working hours to accommodate different time zones will be needed from time to time.\nWhat you'llbring\nEnterprise delivery experience: 8+ years managing technology implementations for enterprise clients, ideally in a consultancy.\nAdobe or Salesforce depth, having delivered Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce projects and understood the technical detail.\nMulti-project control, with a track recordof running several client projects at once without losing the thread.\nCommercial ownershipof project budgets, margin, change requests and statements of work.\nExecutive presenceto lead status meetings and hard conversations about risk with senior client stakeholders.\nWaterfall and agile fluency; PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification is a plus.\nDelivery tooling know-howin PSA and work-tracking platforms such as Kantataand Jira.\nWhy this role, why now\nBPX is growing on private equity backing, and each new Adobe and Salesforce client adds projects that need someone to run them well. You'llstep into a varied enterprise portfolio with direct access to client executives, across both implementation projects and retainedservices work.\nAdditionalinformation\nAnticipated base salary range: $85,000-$115,000USD.
