You will review pull requests, strengthen engineering practices, and make onboarding fast and effective.\n\nResponsibilitiesOwn cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines as code\nLead the move to a unified monorepo and pipeline with branch protection, required reviews, and automated checks\nMaintain reliable blockchain data integrations, including RPC providers, failover, rate limits, and indexing\nBuild agentic development workflows, including agent-driven CI, automated review, test generation, and environment setup\nImprove engineer onboarding so new hires can ship quickly\nSet up observability, alerting, incident response, and cost controls\nOwn security, secrets management, access control, and infrastructure hardening\nDeploy, debug, and adapt the platform with customers and internal teams\nReview pull requests and maintain standards for quality, context, and documentation\nOwn the transition from the current stack to the target architecture\n\nRequirements8+ years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience\nStrong production experience building with AI coding agents, including guardrails and review processes\nHands-on production AWS experience with EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC networking, IAM, and cost management\nInfrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform, CDK, or similar\nExperience building and operating high-volume ingestion, streaming, warehouses, and ETL orchestration\nProduction experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS\nExperience designing CI/CD at scale, ideally in a monorepo\nExperience with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry\nCoding ability in TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Python\nExperience as an early engineer at a seed or Series A startup or in a comparable
