The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large, multi-source datasets and using AWS data and ML services to develop analytical solutions that support business decision-making.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.\n\n- Perform hypothesis testing, regression, time-series analysis, Bayesian modelling, and other advanced statistical analyses.\n\n- Analyse large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.\n\n- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and validation.\n\n- Develop data science solutions using Python and relevant statistical and ML libraries.\n\n- Build, evaluate, validate, and monitor machine learning and statistical models.\n\n- Create analytical dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and other BI tools.\n\n- Work with AWS data and ML services to develop scalable analytics and machine learning solutions.\n\n- Collaborate with business, data engineering, and technology teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.\n\n- Present analytical findings, model outcomes, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\n- Ensure data quality, model accuracy, reproducibility, and documentation of analytical solutions.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 8 to 10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or a related role.\n\n- Strong foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, time-series analysis, and Bayesian methods.\n\n- Advanced SQL skills with experience working across large, multi-source datasets.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Python.\n\n- Proficiency with scikit-learn, statsmodels, pandas, NumPy, or equivalent ML/statistical libraries.\n\n- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization platforms.\n\n- Hands-on experience with AWS data and ML services such as SageMaker, Redshift, Athena, Glue, QuickSight, or equivalent.\n\n- Strong understanding of machine learning model development, evaluation, and validation.\n\n-
