This role drives the full new business process, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing while working independently, collaborating closely with internal teams on pitches, and mentoring junior BD team members. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn the full new business pipeline, from prospecting and outreach to proposal, pitch, and close\n\nIdentify and pursue new client opportunities across relevant industries\n\nPresent the company's profile, services, and capabilities effectively to prospective clients through meetings and calls\n\nDevelop topline proposals and pricing frameworks ahead of full pitch decks\n\nWork closely with internal teams to shape pitch decks and be actively involved in client pitch meetings\n\nNegotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract structures;
