Responsibilities\n\nDevelop performance marketing strategies that align with each client's business goals.\n\nBuild and optimise marketing funnels that improve conversions and customer journeys.\n\nPlan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, email, and other digital channels.\n\nWrite and refine high-converting ad copy that reflects each client's brand and speaks to the right audience.\n\nWork closely with designers to develop creative assets and landing pages that perform and make sense to the client's goals.\n\nAnalyse campaign performance, identify opportunities, and turn insights into action.\n\nPresent campaign performance and recommendations to clients with confidence.\n\nManage campaign budgets responsibly and focus on delivering meaningful return on investment.\n\nMentor and support junior team members while contributing to a culture of learning and collaboration.\n\nBuild strong relationships and confidently present ideas, and recommendations to clients.\n\nRequirements\nRequired\n\n3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related role.\n\nStrong understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising.\n\nExperience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing.\n\nStrong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.\n\nExperience building and optimising marketing funnels.\n\nStrong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other reporting tools.\n\nExperience running A/B tests and using data to improve campaign performance.\n\nExperience managing campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients.\n\nBonus points if you have experience with\n\nGoogle Tag Manager (GTM)\n\nMicrosoft Clarity or Hotjar\n\nSEO\n\nProgrammatic advertising\n\nMarketing automation platforms such as Make or Zapier\n\nHTML, CSS, or JavaScript\n\nAI tools for marketing, content
