Remote U.S.A.\nThe Growth Opportunity:\nOur Construction Consultant will have in-depth knowledge of both construction software applications and the construction domain. Working alongside a team of laser-focused professionals who are dedicated to delivering a world-class experience to our clients, the Construction Consultant will:\nStrategically guide clients through the software implementation process\nDeliver informative, insightful, and engaging training\nProvide timely, outstanding post-implementation service and support\nAn Accomplished ERP Construction Consultant Will:\nConduct in-depth discovery meetings targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the client\nProduce professional documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for clients and prospective clients; create Statements of Work (SOW)\nPerform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, UAT testing\nAs the Subject Matter Expert on the solution, provide guidance and direction to both internal implementation team and client implementation team\nMay contribute to the business development process by participating in sales calls, assisting with proposal development, and delivering presentations\nDeliver insightful and engaging training sessions via phone, web, or in-person\nProvide prompt and courteous client service and support\nDay in the Life our or Acumatica Construction Consultant:\nActively participate in the software implementation process\nSchedule and participate in discovery meetings with clients to gather requirements for the implementation project\nCreate and update Statements of Work\nLead configuration sessions with clients\nBusiness process mapping and data migration\nUser acceptance testing\nCreate training documents and lead training sessions with clients\nParticipate in sales calls, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on the software\nRespond to support calls and resolve issues in a timely manner\nAttend project status meetings\nTravel to client sites (as needed)\nSkills and Experience:\nPossess 2-5 years of experience as a construction software consultant, handling at least 4-6+ construction software implementations, which include but are not limited to, setup, configuration, and, if applicable, customization OR 5+ years as a construction software Power User with exceptionally strong domain knowledge and experience (Controller or CFO preferred)\nPrior experience implementing or working with the Acumatica construction application or similar solutions, including Timberline/Sage 300, Deltek, AccuBuild, Procore, Jonas Enterprise, HeavyBid, or JD Edwards\nHold a bachelor’s degree (preferred)\nHave in-depth construction domain knowledge and experience\nBe experienced with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience is a plus\nUnderstand common construction industry business practices related to accounting, payroll, inventory, and project management, as well as an advanced understanding of accounting theory, accounting systems, US GAAP, and IFRA\nDemonstrate ability to handle multiple projects successfully, while meeting deadlines\nOutstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills required\nExhibit exceptional interpersonal, customer service, decision-making, and analytical abilities\nAbility to function effectively in collaborative, team-oriented, matrix environment, and build strong relationships with managers, co-workers, clients, vendors, and internal clients\nWorking knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools\nAbility to travel, as needed\nBenefits and Perks:\nWe recognize that our success begins and ends with our valued team members, so we pay it forward by offering a comprehensive lineup of benefits & perks that promote health & wellness, work/life harmony and peace of mind.\nCompetitive compensation plan (Total Targeted Annual Compensation Range $55K-$135K+ TTC)\nMedical, dental, vision coverage\nCompany-paid life insurance\nOptions for additional insurance coverages\n401(k) Plan\nPaid Time Off accruals\nCompany Paid Holidays\nWork from home opportunity\nTuition reimbursement and continuous learning opportunities\nEmployee Recognition and Leadership Programs\nAnnual Company Conference -
