You'll assess customer needs, coordinate operational delivery, and collaborate with technical teams to turn challenges into practical, scalable solutions.\nWhat you'll do\nUnderstand and deliver: Learn our services and operational workflows, grasp client needs, and ensure reliable execution.\nBridge business and technology: Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAnalyze data and solve problems: Investigate datasets, identify inconsistencies, uncover root causes, and turn findings into actionable improvements.\nImprove and automate: Spot repetitive tasks, streamline inefficient workflows, and partner with relevant teams to implement automation.\nCollaborate across teams: Work closely with clients, Operations, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.\nDrive scalability: Look for opportunities to reduce operational effort and enhance quality as our services and customer needs evolve.\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for\n3+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, or client support within technical environments.\nHighly organized multitasker with strong attention to detail.\nInitiative, drive, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial attitude.\nExcellent decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving.\nPassion for listening, asking, understanding, and communicating.\nLove for teamwork and learning.\nTechnical literacy: you can follow technical discussions, understand concepts such as backend and frontend systems and data pipelines, and read and write technical documentation. Coding experience is welcome but not required.\nBe comfortable dealing with a large amount of data and numbers.\nFluency in English is a must.
